Sales team members will be responsible for research of potential sponsors, cold calling local businesses, and activation of sponsors at the Tip-Off.
Philanthropy team members will be responsible for the raffle at the Tip-Off. This includes reaching out to teams, alumni, and companies for raffle donations and contributions. The team also is in charge of raising funds for our partner Coaches vs. Cancer.
Basketball Operations team members will be responsible for contacting college scouts, setting up the logistics for the Tip-Off, and managing game day operations.
Marketing team members will be responsible for market research, fan engagement, advertising for the Tip-Off, and social media at the Tip-Off
Data Analytics team members will be responsible for analyzing all statistics of participating teams and how it can better their performance. Most of the work done will be during the Tip-Off, with preparation work throughout the fall semester.
Design team members will be responsible for creating visuals for the Tip-Off, both digital and print, including flyers, booklets, posters, etc. The team will also collaborate with the marketing team to assist their efforts.
